    Introduction

As a manufacturer of medical software as a medical device, imito is ensuring highest level of data security and data privacy to our customers. Also, imito is following the latest standards in the software creation and distribution process and only collects minimal usage data if any.

The following sections show an overview of imito’s apps and what data is collected and analyzed.

Data Collection and Storage of imito's "Enterprise Apps"

The enterprise apps such as "imitoCam", "imitoScan", "siTra" only work with imito’s backend service "imitoConnect", which has to be installed and integrated in a hospital. A first login to the app is passed further to the hospital internal directory, so no account creation data is needed from the user.

Furthermore, all "Enterprise Apps" do not communicate to other services outside of the configured service and, therefore, imito does not store or collect any data outside of a hospital.

For testing purposes with TestFlight, imito reserves the right to add Crashlytics technology, so that crashes can be detected for further analyzing. The data collected by Crashlytics are stored on Crashlytics servers, owned by Google. Such collected data is not shared with any third party provider.

Data Collection and Storage of imito's "Free Apps"

Our free apps, such as "imitoMeasure" have no account management. In this sense, imito does not collect information about the user. No data entered or created by the user is collected either.

However, imito reserves the right to collect minimal anonymous usage of the app and also crash logs with Crashlytics technology. This data is stored on Crashlytics servers, owned by Google and is not shared with any third party provider.

    Legal Statement

imito AG ensures data privacy in accordance to Swiss regulations and shall furthermore apply as well as the regulations to data privacy of the Apple App Store.
