CEO and Co-Founder
Chrysanth is passionate about radically simplifying clinical processes through smart apps. With over 14 years of experience in healthcare and a background as an IT engineer with an M.Sc., he has been active in the tech industry since 2005, including roles in IT security consulting.
As an OKR evangelist, Chrysanth helps our teams align goals and drive performance. In addition to leading business development, he enjoys sharing his expertise with other entrepreneurs. A father of two, he balances his professional life with a love for sailing, climbing, and long-distance running.
CTO and Co-Founder
Manuel has more than 20 years of experience in IT - first as a system administrator in a medical practice, then as an application developer and business analyst in one of the leading pharmaceutical companies. He completed his Master's degree in Computer Science at the University of Freiburg. Manuel comes up with new ideas and solutions, best when hiking and skiing in the Swiss Alps.
Executive Assistant
Antje is the heart and soul of imito. From bookkeeping to customer service - Antje always finds a solution and in between makes sure that everyone is feeling well. After completing her Bachelor's degree in European Business Management, she worked for 5 years in the executive secretariat of a large tax consultancy and auditing firm.
Since 2011, she has also been a certified naturopath, allowing her to directly support people in managing their health. Antje lives in the Black Forest in Germany with her husband, 3 Icelandic horses, and their Australian Shepherd, Lucky.
Team Lead Business Development
Over 15 years ago, Carsten's journey in healthcare started as a developer and usability engineer. Over the years, he has worked in product management and marketing as a convinced product lover. Now he works in business development at imito and is responsible for transparent and long-lasting customer relationships. In healthcare, he works with conviction and pure passion. The apps and solutions are designed to support caregivers in a radically simple way, so that there is more time and attention for the work on the patient. Sales Engineer
Adriana is an engineer by training who discovered her passion for healthcare technology during her Bachelor's degree, leading her to pursue a Master's in Biomedical Engineering. Her academic journey sparked an interest in DICOM images, tissue segmentation, and the analysis of medical data, laying the foundation for her future career.
With over a decade of experience in the software engineering industry, Adriana has spent more than seven years specialising in the development of medical applications. Her desire to work more closely with users led her to transition into business development. In this role, she leverages her technical expertise and medical knowledge to demonstrate how our products seamlessly integrate into hospital information systems, enabling new customers to prioritise patient care.
In her free time, she likes to play improvisational theatre with a pinch of Spanish temperament in Munich. She finds peace of mind travelling the world with her ukulele, scuba diving, and practising yoga.
Technical Project Manager
Florian has been working with great passion as an IT specialist for system integration since 2003. As an IT administrator in various hospitals and later at a software manufacturer for speech recognition in medicine, he has always remained loyal to the healthcare sector since 2009. His enthusiasm for smart tools for users in everyday hospital life can be clearly felt, which is why he fits in perfectly with the imito team. With his work as a technical project manager, he now supports numerous medical professionals in the introduction of digital solutions and combines his passion for IT and customer care. Technical Project Manager
Christoph is an IT specialist and technically implements the standards-based integration into EMR systems. Together with Florian, he forms the imito IT dream team. Previously, Christoph worked for over 6 years in a medical company that sold a Cardiovascular Documentation Software. First as an IT-Technician after the training as an IT-Specialist for System integration, then later as a Healthcare IT-Consultant after successfully completing a part-time Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics. In his free time, Christoph enjoys going to the gym, baking cinnamon buns and playing escape room games.
Product Owner
Anastasiya studied computer science and worked as a product manager at several healthcare companies (as well as a journalist!) before joining Imito. She brings both the curiosity to understand user needs and the technical expertise to translate them into requirements for engineers. Since 2022, she has been volunteering with 'Berlin to Borders,' helping to deliver humanitarian aid to Ukraine. In her free time, she works out and loves to read books.
Product Manager
Martin (Mädde) holds a Master's degree in Medical Engineering from the ZHAW School of Engineering in Winterthur and a Bachelor's degree in Medical Informatics from the BFH in Biel. During his studies, he provided IT support to a physiotherapy practice and other businesses. In 2020, he joined imito as a technical project manager and spent 3 years in close contact with our hospital customers. This gave him the perfect foundation to now fulfil customer wishes as a product manager.
He is also an examiner for IT apprentices and won the 1st price at the DMEA Young Talent Award in 2020 with his bachelor's thesis. Outside of work, he enjoys attending open-air events and reading science fiction books during quiet moments. Read the interview with Martin →
Artifical Intelligence Engineer
Sofia is our AI Engineer and Moroccan sunshine in the team. She obtained a PhD in Deep Learning For Biomedical Image Analysis in Spain and the US. After we’ve read her research on pressure ulcers, we luckily succeeded to win her for our team.
She published a number of articles, amongst others on automatic tissue classification of pressure ulcers. Now, she works in close collaboration with the Haute école de Santé of Geneva and Sebastian Probst to bring our AI functions to life. In her free time, she enjoys expressing her creativity through painting, calligraphy, and singing. Read the interview with Sofia →
Back-end Developer
Konstantin is our go-to person for all things back-end. After graduating in 2006 with a Master's degree in Computer Science, he worked as an engineer for Deutsche Bank and a healthcare startup in the US. In his spare time, he enjoys playing basketball and supports a local online radio station with his IT skills. He just gets things done and is such a quick learner!
iOS Developer
Eugene's interest in app development was awakened at the National Technical University in Kharkiv. The switch from Android to iOS broadened his horizon of experience. Before joining imito, he developed apps for a Swiss Fintech company and for a photo editing software in the US. In his spare time, he loves mountaineering in the Caucasus. Software Engineer
After earning his Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and a Master's in Systems Engineering, Peter focused on developing automated strength calculation systems for machine building and healthcare companies. He draws inspiration from climbing the highest peaks in the Alps, such as Mont Blanc and the Matterhorn. Read the interview with Peter →
Android Developer
Alex's passion for Android development stems from his studies in Programming and Engineering at the National Technical University in Kharkiv. He went on to develop chat applications and a globally implemented video communication tool for the deaf. His energy and persistence also carry over to football, which he enjoys in his leisure time.
QA Engineer
Donika holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, making her a perfect fit as a QA Engineer in our development team. Before joining imito, she spent several years working for another healthcare company, as well as a real estate software company in the US. To keep her mind sharp, she frequently visits the gym.
UX Designer
Stanislav is our UX genius. Before becoming an expert in user experience design, he studied nanoelectronics in Saint Petersburg. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating seamless digital experiences, he brings a unique blend of technical knowledge and creative flair to our team.
Graphic Designer
Zsuzsanna (Zsuzsi) lets imito shine in the best light with her creativity and ideas. An economist by training, she initially worked as a marketing specialist before turning her passion for drawing into a profession. Since the summer of 2022, Zsuzsi has been part of the imito team, working as a graphic designer. Co-Marketing Manager
Before joining imito, Laura worked for 5 years in marketing at a medium-sized medical company specialising in speech recognition in clinical practice. At imito, she is now mainly the superpower behind the organisation of our events. Laura also has her own clothing brand, "SNRVD", which stands against discrimination of any kind. Like Carsten & Florian, she is also at home in Dresden.
Co-Marketing Manager
Svenja discovered the intersection of healthcare and technology in 2018. Her journey began in data analysis for a UK-based company that develops medical devices for the early detection of cancer. She then decided to apply her analytical and data skills to marketing, working for several healthcare companies over the years. Svenja also earned a four-year Master's degree in osteopathy, giving her a solid understanding of everyday clinical practice. In her spare time, she loves playing padel tennis.

Prof. Dr. Christian Johner is the founder and owner of the Johner Institute for Information Technology in Health Care. He is an internationally recognised expert in the field of medical software. As a professor, he teaches software architecture, software engineering, software quality management and medical informatics at several universities. His consultancy service focuses on the slim execution and implementation of quality management systems, processes and tools.
Advisor
Professor Christian Lovis MD MPH teaches at the University of Geneva and is the chairman of the division of medical information sciences at the University Hospital of Geneva (HUG). In addition he is the president of HIMSS Switzerland and member of the boards HIMSS Europe and HIMSS Global; the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society is the largest organization for IT in healthcare. Christian provides extensive experience in development and deployment of regional and national IT solutions for hospitals and care facilities. For more than 10 years he was responsible for the clinical information system of the University Hospital of Geneva.
