CEO and Co-Founder
His passion is to radically simplify clinical processes with smart apps. As an IT engineer and later with his M.Sc., Chrysanth has been active in various industries, now for almost 10 years with a focus on healthcare. In addition to business development, he shares his experience with other entrepreneurs, students and customers. Longer travels combined with remote coworking prevent a daily grind.
CTO and Co-Founder
His M.Sc. in Computer Science at the University of Fribourg led to more than 20 years of experience; as a system administrator in an MD practice, and various experiences as an application developer and a business analyst at one of the leading pharmaceutical companies in biomedical research. Manuel’s source of new ideas and energy comes from hiking and skiing in the Swiss Alps.
Management Assistent
After two semesters abroad and a bachelor's degree in European Business Management from the University of Wales in Cardiff, five years in the executive secretariat of a large tax consulting and auditing company follow. A further vocation opens the way to becoming a naturopath - the fusion of passion and profession. Life in the countryside with horses gives Antje personal balance and health.
Team Lead Business Development
Over 15 years ago, Carsten's journey in healthcare started as a developer and usability engineer. Over the years, he has worked in product management and marketing as a convinced product lover. Now he works in business development at imito and is responsible for transparent and long-lasting customer relationships. In healthcare, he works with conviction and pure passion. The apps and solutions are designed to support caregivers in a radically simple way, so that there is more time and attention for the work on the patient. Sales Engineer
Adriana is an engineer by training who discovered her passion for healthcare technology during her Bachelor's degree, leading her to pursue a Master's in Biomedical Engineering. Her academic journey sparked an interest in DICOM images, tissue segmentation, and the analysis of medical data, laying the foundation for her future career.
With over a decade of experience in the software engineering industry, Adriana has spent more than seven years specialising in the development of medical applications. Her desire to work more closely with users led her to transition into business development. In this role, she leverages her technical expertise and medical knowledge to demonstrate how our products seamlessly integrate into hospital information systems, enabling new customers to prioritise patient care.
In her free time, she likes to play improvisational theatre with a pinch of Spanish temperament in Munich. She finds peace of mind travelling the world with her ukulele, scuba diving, and practising yoga.
Technical Project Manager
Florian has been working with great passion as an IT specialist for system integration since 2003. As an IT administrator in various hospitals and later at a software manufacturer for speech recognition in medicine, he has always remained loyal to the healthcare sector since 2009. His enthusiasm for smart tools for users in everyday hospital life can be clearly felt, which is why he fits in perfectly with the imito team. With his work as a technical project manager, he now supports numerous medical professionals in the introduction of digital solutions and combines his passion for IT and customer care. Technical Project Manager
Christoph is an IT specialist and technically implements the standards-based integration into EMR systems. Together with Florian, he forms the imito IT dream team. Previously, Christoph worked for over 6 years in a medical company that sold a Cardiovascular Documentation Software. First as an IT-Technician after the training as an IT-Specialist for System integration, then later as a Healthcare IT-Consultant after successfully completing a part-time Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics. In his free time, Christoph enjoys going to the gym, baking cinnamon buns and playing escape room games.

At the Bern University of Applied Sciences, Martin's career in healthcare began with a bachelor's degree in medical informatics, and his bachelor's thesis immediately won him 1st place in the DMEA-Connecting Digital Health Young Talent Award. Back-end Developer
Konstantin decides to pursue a master's degree in Computer Science at the Yuri Gagarin State Technical University of Saratov. This is followed by 15 years of experience with different engagements; Backend Developer in different companies from the financial sector, medical projects for the USA - applications for hospitals from tracking in the field of EHR Electronics Health Record to tariff-based reimbursement systems. Private preferences include basketball, webpage support for a local online radio, as well as regular travel.
iOS Developer
The app development sparked the interest of Eugene in mobile solutions at the Faculty of Informatics and Management of the National Technical University Kharkiv. The move from Android to iOS extends his development horizon; such as prototyping and app development for a Swiss FinTech company, apps for video compositing, logistics and photo editing for the US market. After successfully completing his Bachelor of Computer Science and Master's Degree in Systems Engineering, Peter focuses on the development of an automated strength calculation system for machine building and healthcare automation systems. Android Developer
The passion of Alex for UI and Android is based on the studies for Programming and Engineering at the Faculty of Informatics and Management, National Technical University Kharkiv. This is followed by experience with chat development and with a worldwide implemented video communication for deaf people. Dynamics and endurance are transferred to football during leisure time.
QA Engineer
UX/UI Expert
At the Faculty of Electronics of the Saint Petersburg Electrotechnical University LETI, the scientific work begins with the studies in Nanoelectronics. Subsequently, project work for the public administration on robototechnics and physical modeling complements the knowledge of machine learning and automation. Later, Stanislav expands his experience in consulting with many years of UX/UI design. Long travels keep the discoverer spirit awake.
Graphic Designer
Zsuzsi lets imito shine in the best light with her creativity and ideas. As an economist, she first worked as a marketing specialist before turning her passion for drawing into a profession. Since summer 2022 Zsuzsi has been part of the imito team and works as a graphic designer for the company. Co-Marketing Manager
Before joining imito, Laura worked for 5 years in marketing at MediaInterface, a medium-sized medical company specialising in speech recognition in clinical practice. At imito, she is now mainly the superpower behind the organisation of our events. Laura also has her own clothing brand, "SNRVD", which stands against discrimination of any kind. Like Carsten & Florian, she is also at home in Dresden.
Co-Marketing Manager
Svenja discovered the intersection between healthcare and technology in 2018. Her journey started in data analysis for a company in the UK, which develops medical devices for the early detection of cancer. She also obtained a 4-year Master's degree in osteopathy, giving her a good overall understanding of everyday clinical practice. In her spare time, she loves to play padel tennis.

Prof. Dr. Christian Johner is the founder and owner of the Johner Institute for Information Technology in Health Care. He is an internationally recognised expert in the field of medical software. As a professor, he teaches software architecture, software engineering, software quality management and medical informatics at several universities. His consultancy service focuses on the slim execution and implementation of quality management systems, processes and tools.
Advisor
Professor Christian Lovis MD MPH teaches at the University of Geneva and is the chairman of the division of medical information sciences at the University Hospital of Geneva (HUG). In addition he is the president of HIMSS Switzerland and member of the boards HIMSS Europe and HIMSS Global; the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society is the largest organization for IT in healthcare. Christian provides extensive experience in development and deployment of regional and national IT solutions for hospitals and care facilities. For more than 10 years he was responsible for the clinical information system of the University Hospital of Geneva.
