It’s hard to believe, but it’s true: imito is turning 10 years young! What started in 2016 with a big dose of courage, a lot of passion, and the vision to make the smartphone the most important tool for medical professionals has become a true success story. Looking back, it feels almost like yesterday that we wrote the first lines of code for our apps.

What has happened over the last decade?

From "Underdog" to Standard: In the beginning, we were occasionally met with a smile when we said: "The smartphone will revolutionize clinical documentation." Today, we (and you) know better!

Pixel Power: We have processed millions of medical photos, measured countless wounds, and ensured that data ends up exactly where it belongs: securely in the archive and directly accessible at the patient's side.

Team Spirit: What began as a small group of visionaries has grown into a strong team that works hard every day to make your daily routine in the clinic a little less stressful.

But let’s be honest: We wouldn't be here today without you - our customers, partners, and companions. You have challenged us with your feedback, given us your trust, and walked with us through the exciting (and sometimes wild) times of digital transformation.

What’s next? We’re far from finished! The next 10 years will be all about even smarter solutions, more AI support, and above all: more time for what really matters - the patients.
